The Effect of Giving POC Fish Waste and Using the Vegetable Pesticide Turmeric on the Growth and Production of Cayenne Pepper Plants (Capsicum frutescens. L). Thesis Under the Guidance of Dr.Ir. Adriani Siahaan, MP as Head of Supervisors and Nixson Panjaitan, SP.MP as member of Supervisors. This research aims to determine the interaction effect of giving fish waste POC and the use of turmeric vegetable pesticides for the growth and production of cayenne pepper plants. Which was carried out at the Sisingamangaraa XII Tapanuli University Research Area. With an altitude of ±1400 meters above sea level. This research was carried out from November 2022 to April 2023. The design used in this research was a randomized block design (RAK). Which consists of 2 factorials with repetition 3 times. Data were processed using ANOVA and continued with DMRT levels of 5% and 1%. Factor I POC Fish Waste Symbol (P) Consists of 4 Levels: P0 = 0 ml/liter (Control), P1 = 25 ml/liter, P2 = 45 ml/liter, P3 = 65 ml/liter. Level II Vegetable pesticide Turmeric Symbol (K) Consists of 4 Levels: K0 = 0 (Control), K1 = 10 ml/liter, K2 = 15 ml/liter, K3 = 20 ml/liter. The analysis results show that the interaction of P3 = 65 ml/liter and K1 = 10 ml/liter provides the best influence on the parameters observed in the research, including: plant height (cm), stem diameter (mm), number of branches (bh), number of flowers. (bh), Frequency of Pest Attacks (%), Amount of Production Per Sample (gr), Amount of Production Per Plot (gr) in Cayenne Pepper Plants
